Terms & Conditions

1. Subscription & Access

• Access to course materials, resources, and community platforms is granted on a subscription basis. My subscription provides personal, non-transferable access for the active duration of my subscription.
  
  

2. Billing & Cancellations

• I agree to be billed monthly, with automatic renewals unless I cancel before the next billing cycle. Cancellations must be made by contacting GHL Mastery Support. No refunds will be issued for unused time, partial access, or mid-cycle cancellations. A grace period of four days may be granted for unintentional payment delays. If payment is not received within the grace period, my subscription will be automatically canceled, and access will be revoked immediately.
  
  

3. Code of Conduct

• I will not share course materials, access credentials, video recordings, downloadable files, or private links with others. I will engage respectfully and professionally in all live sessions, chats, and group interactions. Any harassment, spam, disrespect, or misconduct may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund.
  
  

4. Course Completion & Job Opportunities

• Completion of the course does not guarantee employment, placement, or freelance work. Any job opportunities, internships, or collaborations are provided at GHL Mastery’s discretion and may have additional eligibility criteria.
  
  

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

• All content (videos, templates, scripts, workbooks, graphics, etc.) is the exclusive intellectual property of GHL Mastery. I agree not to reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any materials outside of personal learning use without express written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
  
  

6. Privacy & Communication Consent

• I consent to receive updates, assignment notifications, session reminders, and support communications via email, WhatsApp, or other messaging platforms. I understand that my progress data, usage metrics, and performance insights may be collected to improve the learning experience and offer tailored support.
  
  

7. Third-Party Platform Charges

• Certain features (e.g., SMS, email, phone calls, WhatsApp integration) may incur additional charges via the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform. These charges are linked to my personal GHL account and wallet. GHL Mastery does not control or collect these funds; I am solely responsible for managing my wallet balance and resolving disputes.
  
  

8. Platform Updates & Content Modifications

• GHL Mastery reserves the right to update content, restructure modules, or modify tools and platform access at any time. Learners will be notified in advance of major updates, and continued participation indicates acceptance of these changes.
  
  

9. Limitation of Liability

• GHL Mastery is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use or inability to use the content, platform, or third-party services. Success implementing GHL tools rests with me (the learner).
  
  

10. Agreement & Revisions

• These terms may be periodically revised. Continued access and use after changes indicates acceptance of updated terms. If I disagree with any changes, I must cancel my subscription and discontinue use of all program materials and platforms.
  
  

By enrolling and continuing in GHL Mastery, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the above terms and conditions.
